Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has exposure to managing contracts and dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally to the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ability to read and understand drawings.
2. Manage the cash collection process.
3. Support the senior quantity surveyors with general tasks.
4. Manage high value high volume projects end to end.
5. Work within internal and external stakeholders to complete the projects.
6. Excellent understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
7. Ability to review commercial contracts.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong Excel experience.
2. A background in construction is advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. High level communicator.
