Summary:
This role supports Marketing, PR, and Sales by managing retailer needs, ensuring timely asset delivery, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating events and product launches. Responsibilities include handling retailer requests, tracking media coverage, conducting market research, and supporting sales operations such as new line submissions, promotions, and store openings. Additionally, the role involves liaising with internal teams, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & PR
* Manage retailer creative needs including retailer dotcom, social, and collateral from brief to final delivery.
* Upload and deliver all Retailer assets and copy on time.
* Assist in maintaining retailer marketing calendars and internal trackers with promotional activities and marketing activations to share with the broader organization.
* Work with the internal team on meeting agenda topics and detailed, timely meeting recaps, including managing follow-ups.
* Assist with organizing and shipping gratis and new launch product comps.
* Handle all retailer comp requests for marketing campaigns, photography shoots, and social exposures, etc.
* Audit pages regularly to ensure all assets and copy are up to date, ensuring ratings and review programs are live for new launches and to track competitive new launches.
* Liaise with Global Marketing and Product Development teams at headquarters to request product information, comps, formulas, etc.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings with the internal team and retailers.
* Collate weekly commentary of retailer coverage and key highlights across retailer channels.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Share learnings with UK/EU and Global teams.
* Support event planning for product launches, media events, and promotional activities.
* Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, guest lists, and event materials.
* Track and analyze media coverage to assess the impact of PR initiatives.
* Stock management for events and press office.
* Complete and submit new line forms to support all new launches in a timely and accurate manner in line with retailer expected timelines.
* Support in the setting up of retailer promotions and activations.
* Prepare communication for field teams to support all new launches and upcoming activations.
* Support with new store opening process; work with NAM to progress from project submission to store opening.
* Prepare presentations and documents as required for retailer meetings as well as booking and setting up meeting room. Collate and circulate meeting action points.
* Support with product send outs to retailers ahead of new launches.
* With the NAM review retailer orders for fulfilment / quota issues and work with NAM to resolve.
* Ad hoc admin as required.
Requirement:
* Experience in Marketing, PR, or Sales Support, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring timely asset delivery and campaign execution.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, retailers, and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing tracking tools.
* Attention to detail for auditing retailer pages, tracking competitive launches, and maintaining internal trackers.
* Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Experience in event planning and coordination, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address fulfillment issues, marketing needs, and retailer requests.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with global marketing, product development, and sales teams.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing ad hoc administrative tasks.
