Service User and Carer Panellist Trainer Admin
To be part of the Involve Team and to give a lived experience perspective to help shape and improve the quality of the Service User and Carer Recruitment panellist service. This could be achieved by co-producing the existing training package, co-facilitating workshops for new recruits, and collating data.
Main duties of the job
1. Review the current training for new Service User and Carer recruitment Panellists.
2. Support the Involve Project manager with workshop delivery.
3. Gather feedback from all panellists on the database.
4. Support the new panellists with any concerns.
5. Review and co-design the literature for recruitment managers.
6. Support the Involve project manager with updating processes where required.
7. Support the Involve team with collating data for meetings.
8. Support the Involve project manager with recruitment drives for new panellists.
9. Highlight the importance of having a Service user and Carer perspective on recruitment panels via meetings and conferences as part of the Involve team.
10. Ask the chair of the panel for their feedback regarding their experience of having an interview panellist to help co-design and improve the training further.

Job responsibilities
1. Commitment to participation as a Service User and Carer panellist Training Administrator.
2. Lived experience or having cared for someone accessing Oxleas services.
3. Extensive knowledge in using IT software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Confidence in speaking to Service Users and Carers to gather feedback.
5. Ability to deliver recruitment training in person and remotely to new panellists.
6. Effective time and workload management supported by a member of the Involve team.
7. Ability to speak at meetings and conferences.
8. Undertake activities as needed in a timely manner.
Person Specification
Personal Experience
* Experience of using Oxleas services or caring for someone.
Experience and knowledge
* Service User and Carer recruitment panellist experience for 3 years or more.
Skills
* Previous experience of delivering training.
