The main aspect of the role will be to assist in converting existing training materials from PowerPoint into an auto-translatable file format using Synthesia. This role is available on a flexible part time basis, with hybrid working also available. Key Responsibilities: Import PowerPoint presentations and associated media (images, videos, text) into Synthesia from a wide library of existing training materials. Organise and input all content in a structured manner to ensure smooth creation of final training modules. Utilise Synthesia's capabilities to automatically generate translations of voiceovers, subtitles, and text. Ensure voiceovers are correctly aligned with the content and that subtitles are accurately synchronised with the video. Review converted training materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with original content. Identify and correct any issues with formatting, translations, or audio synchronisation. Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with multimedia tools (PowerPoint, videos, images) and editing software. Experience working with or learning to use Synthesia or similar auto-translation/voiceover software is a plus. Strong attention to detail to ensure that all content is accurately transferred and translated.
