The Role This position is responsible for daily activity of the prepping, cataloguing scanning, microfiching and indexing client data under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Indexing, cataloguing and scanning of clients data. Microfiching and associated duties. Uploading and downloading of indexed data. Preparation of items for scanning. Rebuilding files post scan. Input of data in an efficient and accurate manner. Use initiative to identify any improvements or inefficiencies. Advise Operations Manager of issues requiring attention. Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure Our clients and team members’ sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law. Our team members’ and clients’ rights under the legislation are fully protected. Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules. Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them. Candidate Requirements Knowing of indexing and cataloguing. Strong attention to detail essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Take control of indexing jobs and manage own workloads. Flexibility to work between teams. Positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Hardworking and reliable. Able to work as part of the team, as well as being self-motivated. Able to work to timelines and meet project deadlines. Strong IT skills. Strong communication skills. Must be flexible and professional under pressure.
