Our client, an award winning SaaS organisation, is looking to add to their UX function by recruiting a Senior UX Designer to their talented team. As Senior UX Designer you will work as part of a team of UX Design specialists who are responsible for delivering market leading products and services. This role is vital to the business to promote a UX culture across products to enable the delivery of high quality, consistent and engaging user experiences across web, mobile and desktop software. Role and responsibilities: Take ownership of UX design on features and components and coordinate work with other UX Designers ensuring it follows UX process and meets team UX standards. Contribute to UX Design, UI Design and research to produce relevant assets during development such as personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes or hi-lo fidelity designs. Take problem scenarios or conceptual ideas and turn them into elegant solutions. Contribute to the ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the UX Design System. Run and participate in stakeholder and user workshops, research and test sessions to gather data, validate suggestions, ideas, designs and prototypes. Produce necessary research to inform your design decisions. Produce reports to summarise findings. Present work at Sprint Reviews. Give and solicit feedback to improve quality. Articulate design decisions and proposals. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, Quality Assurance and Marketing. Remain up to date with latest tools and practices in UX. Skills and experience: A good background in a UX focused role. A solid understanding of the core UX principals such as UX Design, UI Design and Research. Demonstrate experience of turning large quantities of data into simple elegant solutions. Experience in agile ways of working. Excellent written and verbal communication. Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing environment. Real passion and talent for all things design. Experience of industry software tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dovetail, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Heap and DevOps
