Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Facilities Management organisation on the recruitment of a permanent HRBP role.
The role reports directly to the HR Director and will provide HR Generalist support to a client group of around 60 employees in head office.
You will be the first line support for all advice and guidance relating to HR, be very experienced within Employee Relations from start to finish, collaborate with leaders on HR strategies and lead on HR related projects.
This role requires a full HR generalist background as you help, support and guide on Learning and Development initiatives, Talent management, ER, HR Projects, HR Policies, Strategic planning and more.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role from a fast-paced environment
* A full HR Generalist background
* Strong knowledge around ER and UK employment law
* Experience of leading HR Projects
* Ability to travel as and when needed
This organisation offers hybrid working of around 3 days office (Surrey) 2 from home.
The salary on offer is circa £50,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
