About the role The Method Resilience Project lead provides the link between the supply analytical team, R&D Operations, Regulatory functions, QC Supply Customers and the key sponsors of this program. This is both a Project Management and stakeholder communication role, liaising with Supply QC/QA stakeholders, R&D Operations, Global Regulatory and Global Quality leaders. The Method Resilience Project lead is the first point of contact for the method innovation pipeline in both Hull and Nottingham and/or any extending factory. They will work on projects that form part of the overall Method Resilience strategy program. The main requirements of this will be to monitor the implementation dates of the Top 20 methods along with the creation of a Method Resilience Playbook for future rollouts. The Method Resilience Project lead represents the program in all updates and SteerCo meetings. Your responsibilities Ensures the setup and progression of the program in line with the Method Resilience schedule. Ensure the necessary stakeholders have visibility of project timelines and drive key Supply milestones to ensure the projects are delivered on-time. Facilitates the initial Project Preparation meetings along with inspiring updates to the wider teams. Align the scope of each improvement program to improve the QC testing of products. Create and manage a project benefits/deliverables report for each product/method development ensuring it covers initial Ideation scope through to ROI benefit analysis attributes. Propose the broad and detailed timelines for each program along with commitment to the agreed dates. Ensures effective communications at each of the stage gates, along with continued program reviews with the governance sponsors. Maintain the Method Excellence Trackers and other project reports/tools as assigned. Create and develop a Method Excellence playbook which allows it to be ran as a self-start program for other sites. Conduct a 360-degree review at the end of each program, highlighting the benefits, challenges and improvements required for future method developments along with building these into the playbook model. The experience we're looking for Must have proven track record in project management. Understand basic product development, regulatory requirements, QC fundamentals and manufacturing processes. Be a proven team player with the ability to work cross functionally. Must have a track record of success in improving QC supply chain processes and working with complex systems. Must have solid QC analytical skills to review data, present findings and make business decisions around that data for the benefit of the program. Can demonstrate the ability to work independently and make decisions. Experience in risk mitigation strategies. Degree in science or engineering with a QC/Reg/R&D background is preferred. The ability to influence and inspire people of all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
