* - Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and 11).
* - Experience in resolving operational issues with vendors in a timely manner.

* - Familiarity with imaging technologies, especially Microsoft-centric ones.
* - Experience in supporting mobile devices, including MDM software.
* - Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies within the Microsoft stack.

Responsibilities:
* Promote requirements and manage all aspects of Information Governance, including Information Security, Data Protection, and access to information.
* Assist with continuous process improvement and the implementation of new ideas for Enterprise and Business Applications.
* Ensure applications meet business requirements, evaluate and deploy new applications, and enhance existing ones.
* Design, develop, and document application enhancements and upgrades.
* Develop new applications for a variety of hardware platforms.
* Collaborate within a team on the council’s enterprise application systems and coordinate with the Enterprise Applications Manager to establish schedules and priorities for projects and workload.
* Manage your own tasks and provide feedback to the team and the Microsoft 365 Technical Lead while assisting other team members as necessary.
