As a School Administrator, you will provide essential support across various areas, including the school office, reception, and student services. You will be a key point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all. Your responsibilities will include: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the PA to the Headteacher, including recruitment, marketing, and basic HR tasks. Handle general clerical duties, including word processing, data entry, and operating office equipment. Produce reports and data as requested by senior staff and external agencies. Maintain accurate manual and computerized records. Student Services : Assist with student enquiries and provide support at the student services window. Help organise school visits and events. Respond to parent enquiries. Provide first aid and support to unwell students, liaising with parents and staff. Follow school procedures for managing and recording accidents. Reception Duties: Provide reception cover, including answering calls and taking messages. Ensure visitors are signed in according to safeguarding procedures. Manage deliveries and record examination documents. Safeguarding: Adhere to all school safeguarding policies and procedures. Report any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead. We are looking for someone who: Fluent in romanian speaking and writing. Has experience in an administrative capacity. Has a passion for working with children and young people. Is flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a busy environment. Can work independently and as part of a team. Has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show initiative. Remains calm and confident under pressure. Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Can manage confidential data appropriately. Has strong IT skills. Has experience with SIMS or a similar management information system (desirable). Has experience working in a school setting (desirable).
