Job summary We are recruiting a Senior Recovery Coach to join our HWYNI Team in Bristol to support a team of Recovery Coaches in providing low level tier 2 support for people across Bristol. Help When You Need It aims to provide people with flexible, tailored support at the right time and place. The Bristol based service will also link in with other agencies to overcome the barriers than limit people from achieving their goals. Main duties of the job The job purpose is to provide Leadership and guidance to the team of Recovery Coaches, working collaboratively together with service users accessing the service and other professionals to navigate and coordinate services connecting into community resources, building resilience and improving wellbeing. Work within a recovery, psychologically informed, critical time intervention and community asset based approach, taking a holistic approach to provide support to individuals during episodes of emotional distress.
