Role: Care Coordinator/Care Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and dedicated professional to join our client's team as a Care Coordinator/Care Manager. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinating care schedules for clients and staff.
2. Conducting new client assessments and regular care package reviews.
3. Supporting the Registered Manager to maintain compliance and ensure smooth operations.
4. Providing some hands-on care in the field when required (with flexible field hours based on your availability).
5. Participating in the on-call rota (one week per month, with additional pay).
6. Leading, supporting, and mentoring care staff to deliver the highest standards of care.
This is a 40-hour-per-week role, with a mix of office-based days and flexible fieldwork depending on your availability and business needs. You must be resident in the UK and have the right to work without sponsorship as sponsorship is NOT available with this role.
What We're Looking For
We require a dedicated individual with:
1. A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
2. Previous experience within a home care/domiciliary service, including leading a team.
3. Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager, but my client will also consider an experienced Senior Care Assistant/Field Care Supervisor looking to develop their career.
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage care schedules effectively.
5. A proactive, compassionate approach to providing exceptional care.
6. Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Valid Driving Licence.
