You will work closely with the CFO and play a key role in supporting the company's expansion and investor relations. Key Responsibilities: Audit Leadership: Lead the audit process and manage the relationship with external auditors. Year-End Close: Ensure timely and accurate year-end closing, overseeing the entire process. Statutory Reporting: Ensure all statutory reporting is completed in compliance with UK GAAP and other relevant regulations. Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring effective delegation and oversight. Consolidations & Financial Statements: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting standards. Stakeholder Communication: Provide financial insights and updates to senior management and private equity investors and ad-hoc M&A activity/due diligence FP&A: Helping set up an FP&A function Qualifications and Experience: ACA/ICAS/CAANZ or equivalent qualification is essential. Minimum 4-5yrs PQE. Strong experience with group consolidations in a multi-entity environment. Proven expertise in leading audits and statutory reporting. Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, growing business is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
