The Role:
We are seeking a resolute Customer Service Support Assistant to join our team, providing essential support services including front-of-house duties. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team’s daily operations, handling customer interactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support our service objectives.
Duties:
1. Provide resources to ensure that all service needs are met effectively.
2. Update designated systems to keep records accurate and up to date.
3. Engage with customers over the phone, respond to queries, and uphold service standards.
4. Consistently apply relevant policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity, to ensure organisational compliance.
5. Conduct outbound calls to clients and undertake other tasks as required to support team and organisational goals.
6. Taking minutes of meetings.
Required Skills:
1. Demonstrable experience in effective verbal and written communication through work, volunteering, or educational roles.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
3. Strong ability to convey and record information accurately, ensuring clarity and diligence.
4. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
5. Awareness of safeguarding, health and safety requirements, and professional boundaries.
6. A non-judgemental approach, aligned with the organisation’s values.
7. Ability to prioritise tasks, demonstrate resilience, and work independently.
8. Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
