The Candidate;
Experience within a data entry / administration based logistics role
Solid background in haulage or logistics, with an understanding of operational processes.
Experience in account management, compliance, or customer onboarding is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a focus on compliance.
Tech-savvy, with a passion for digital innovation in logistics.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a customer-centric mindset.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving industry change.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Haulier Onboarding:
Guide hauliers through the onboarding process, offering demonstrations and ensuring a seamless experience.
Effectively communicate the platform’s benefits to drive engagement and usage.
Compliance Management:
Vet hauliers to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Maintain and oversee up-to-date records, conducting periodic checks.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for hauliers, addressing their needs and building trust.
Foster long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Digital Advocacy:
Promote adoption of digital tools, showcasing their value to hauliers.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance the platform.
Operational Insights:
Use your haulage expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives that optimize operations.
