Market 36 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager on behalf of our client based in Rayleigh, on a permanent basis.
You will play a key role in leading the client’s high-volume recruitment strategy, ensuring their talent acquisition processes are efficient, data-driven, and built for scale.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will line manage a fast-growing team of internal recruiters, responsible for high-volume hiring across there Care and Transport divisions.
The client is mainly looking for someone who can provide strong leadership, coaching and process improvements.

* Efficiently allocate workloads across the team, ensuring optimal performance and scalability in recruitment efforts.
* Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Head of Operations and Senior Leadership Team.
* Design and implement innovative, cost-effective recruitment strategies tailored to mass hiring needs.
