Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing credit data and risk analytics.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maximize client value.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and retention initiatives.
* Stay informed of market trends to offer strategic insights and advice to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 8+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the financial services sector.
* Strong expertise in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics.
* Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience working across EMEA and APAC markets.
