We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Part time Community Engagement Officer.
Job Description
The Community Engagement and Networking officer will play a pivotal role in raising Home Instead Milton Keynes' profile within the local community. Reporting to the Business Development Department, the successful candidate will actively engage with various community stakeholders, attend events, build relationships with local businesses and clubs, and represent the company as a visible presence in the community. The Community Engagement and Networking officer will collaborate closely with the Community Engagement Lead and Business Development Team to generate leads and opportunities for the business.
Qualifications
* Excellent networking and communication skills with community stakeholders and potential RPNs
* Strong lead generation abilities and comfort in initiating conversations with potential clients and partners
* Flexible schedule to accommodate community events and business needs
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative, Thrive in a role that requires initiative, self-motivation, and resilience.
* Competent in using CRM databases to manage touchpoints with RPNs
