Job Description As APCOA continues its bold transformation into a future-fit, enterprise-led organisation, the Head of Enterprise HR Operations & Total Rewards will play a critical leadership role in shaping the operational and analytical backbone of our global HR function. Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for building and leading enterprise-wide HR operations and total rewards strategies, ensuring scalability, simplification, compliance, and data-led decision-making across our 12-country footprint. You will lead the implementation of a new HRIS platform, define core people KPIs, deploy streamlined processes, and deliver a compelling, compliant, and competitive total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, incentive frameworks, and benefits. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Develop and implement a unified, enterprise-wide HR operating model, aligned with APCOA’s transformation strategy. Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global HRIS, ensuring integration, scalability, and user experience. Establish common KPIs and workforce metrics across business units, aligned with enterprise reporting and governance. Leverage insights and frameworks from the Pluto project (WM/McKinsey) to embed data-led decision-making. Build and lead a centre of excellence in HR analytics, supporting workforce planning, performance, and transformation. Total Rewards Design and deliver a compelling total rewards strategy, including competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits schemes. Oversee the development and governance of executive compensation frameworks, working closely with Group leadership and remuneration committees. Ensure compliance with local and global compensation, tax, and benefits regulations across APCOA’s 12 markets. Benchmark global and local practices to ensure APCOA remains competitive while driving cost efficiency and fairness. Lead cyclical processes such as annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits renewal planning. Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Unit HR leaders to ensure alignment of compensation, analytics, and operational initiatives. Support key transformation projects and change initiatives related to HR operations, workforce design, and M&A integration. Foster a culture of simplification, efficiency, and customer-centric service delivery across the HR function.
