ADA is an award-winning charity, delivering specialist services to reduce harms and promote recovery of individuals and families affected by alcohol and drugs use in the North East of Scotland. We are seeking a full-time Young Persons Worker to provide support to children, young people and adults affected by their own or someone else’s substance use. This role will be offered on a permanent basis. We are looking for candidates with a background in community learning, nursing, social work, counselling or other related field/s. To be successful you must have direct experience of providing support to vulnerable children and families, and you will need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and experience of working within the GIRFEC framework.
