About the role
We are seeking an experienced and creative CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our customer relationship management strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences, ensuring an increasingly loyal customer base.
You'll manage our CRM system and work closely with the Marketing Managers to drive informed collaboration within the team to create an optimised, personalised, and targeted contact strategy for new and loyal guests. This is a new role, and a very exciting time to join our Marketing team at a time of significant product investment for Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.
This role will be based in the office at Crieff Hydro, but flexible hybrid working is available and can be discussed at interview stage.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and deliver CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through personalised communication and product promotion.
* Manage and optimise the CRM system, ensuring database growth, accuracy, and integrity while analysing customer behaviour and trends.
* Develop appealing propositions tailored specifically to each hotel to optimise new business and grow our database.
* Create, manage, and test a framework of targeted email marketing communication strategies across end-to-end guest journeys.
* Define segmentation strategies and develop loyalty initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to create and implement cross-departmental initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, providing reports and insights to stakeholders on customer trends and campaign effectiveness.
* Lead the integration of customer feedback and data into actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and improve our services.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to drive continuous improvement.
Desired criteria
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM management or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis tools.
* Proven experience in developing customer segmentation strategies and personalised marketing initiatives.
* Proven experience in managing and optimising email marketing.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
