The Role
We are seeking to appoint a Project Support Officer to join the Managed Service Network (MSN) for Neurosurgery team. This post offers a hybrid working model, with a base at Kirklands – NHS Lanarkshire Headquarters.
The Managed Service Network for Neurosurgery (MSN) is a national Network responsible for delivering a coordinated neurosurgical service across four centres in Scotland. The Network supports the delivery of equitable, high-quality neurosurgical care across Scotland.
As a key member of the national team, the post holder will provide high-quality administrative and project support to the National Network Manager and wider MSN team. A central focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, including the coordination of meetings, accurate and timely minute-taking, and comprehensive diary management.
The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for enquiries to the team, providing professional and responsive communication, and managing the flow of information effectively. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining project records and databases, supporting internal systems, and assisting with the coordination of training and related administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong administrative background to contribute to the delivery of a national specialist service.
