We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Business Support Assistant. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO… To update manual and computerised records and ensure they are accurately maintained in accordance with Service timescales. To carry out case audits and collate and analyse performance management information and producing reports on behalf of management. To provide support within the Duty / Triage and manage the rota of front-line services where necessary. To have responsibility for the co-ordination, monitoring and provision of administration support at statutory meetings across the service, including the accurate taking and recording of minutes. To have responsibility for managing petting cash, and ordering and payment of invoices. To respond to enquiries at first point of contact managing the unpredictability of call type and caller needs which could be complex, challenging, and face-to-face. Such other responsibilities allocated which are appropriate to the grade of the post. The candidates must have: Using office-based software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office) Working in an administrative setting Good communication skills Minute taking and co-ordination of meetings The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines Prioritising workload and working to tight deadlines Implementing and developing manual and computerised systems Administrative Systems & Procedures 5 GCSE’s A - C or 9 - 4 including Maths and English or equivalent qualification or relevant demonstratable experience NVQ level 3 in Business Administration
