IT Support Engineer
Reporting to: Head of IT
Location: Tonypandy, Wales
Salary: £26k-£30k

Role Purpose
To handle customer requests promptly and maintain high service standards, while supporting and managing all IT systems and assets.
Responsibilities
Work flexibly with existing members of the IT Services team.
Ensure that you communicate effectively within the team, to make your responsibilities transferable.
Become accustomed to using a managed Helpdesk system and organise your work to meet the priority needs of the department.
Be able to quickly understand requirements in order to develop relevant solutions.
Be able to work with a wide range of internal and external clients to develop effective relationships quickly in order to provide the best service possible.
Requirements
Related IT experience
Experience supporting MS Windows and Mac OS (desirable)
Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience using Microsoft 365 / ITIL v4 (desirable)
