Our client, who is a leader in smart metering solutions for water and heat utilities, is expanding into the UK water market and looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead IoT connectivity, water metering, and data delivery projects while managing stakeholders, coordinating third-party teams and handling tendering processes for large-scale initiatives. Oversee IoT and smart water metering projects from planning to closure, including scope, execution, reporting, and performance monitoring to project close. Track key metrics to meet customer SLAs, ensuring 95% accuracy and timely hourly data delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, including teams in Germany and France, Account Managers, BDMs, and third parties, to define connectivity parameters Skills and experience required: Proven ability to drive projects forward on time and within budget. Expertise IoT, SaaS, DaaS, LoRa, and NB-IoT and associated software solutions. Technical understanding of the water industry including AMR / AMI. Desirable. Experience in management key stake holders to positively influence. Apply agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery and continuous improvement. Project management qualification and at least 3 years’ experience. Communication skills of the highest quality able to advise on complex issues and solutions.
