Location: The O2
Closing Date: 6 March 2025
Working Pattern: You will need to work for us 2 days per week and 2 weekends per month. You also need to be available during school holidays, early evenings, and bank holidays.
Company: Up at The O2
Do you have a head for heights and a love of London? Want to work in a world-famous venue? Up at The O2 is an exhilarating 90-minute experience that takes our customers on a guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway.
In this role you will:
* Take our customers up and over our roof.
* Be their tour guide, giving them information about what they can see around The O2 and what we have to offer inside it.
* Ensure they always feel safe and secure and that their experience with us exceeds their expectations.
* Take photos of our customers for them to buy, at different points in their journey over the roof.
* Work in the retail stores.
If you've worked in a visitor attraction before (indoors or outdoors), that would be advantageous, but ultimately, we are looking for:
* People who have a genuine ability and desire to work with the public and ensure they have an experience that wows, thrills, and excites!
* People who can build rapport with everyone.
* People who are helpful and approachable to both our customers and your colleagues.
We'll give you all the training you need in this role, so you'll be set up for success. You must be able to climb over The O2 several times per shift and need to have a head for heights!
You must be able to work at heights. You'll have a flexible approach to working hours; you must be able to work 2 days a week and at least 2 weekends a month minimum.
We are holding assessment centres on 26/03/2025. You must be able to attend our assessment centres in person to be considered for this role.
We're looking for people available to start work Wednesday 9th of April.
