About the role:
The MSk Lab within the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College is looking for a Motion Capture Lab Technician who will be responsible for assessing gait and mobility using several motion capture systems and technologies. You will be collecting and analysing data for various research projects within the MSk Lab at Imperial College and supporting the Motion Capture research.
What you would be doing:
You will be responsible for assessing gait with motion capture on patients or trial participants and acting as a liaison between the research and patients, using motion capture systems and analysing data. You will also be identifying and recruiting suitable patients for the ongoing research projects.
What we are looking for:
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Sports Science or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Experience of working in a Sports Science or Physiotherapy setting
* Experience with Biomechanical assessment of gait with motion capture

Further Information:
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months based at the White City Campus.
As this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, at the appropriate level, will be required for the successful candidate.
