JOB DESCRIPTION We have a new opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations for Guinness Property. This is a full time, permanent position. We operate a hybrid working style which consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. You will provide efficient, confidential, and high-quality administration and secretarial support to the Director of Operations and the wider Guinness Property directorate. This will include diary management, minute taking, preparation of presentations and communication briefings, making travel arrangements and undertaking research and general project work as required. About you The successful candidate should have the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy Director. We're looking for someone who is highly organised with a proactive approach. You should be professional and personable, with demonstrable experience of providing key support at a senior level. You will also be able to demonstrate: Proven experience of working within a confidential environment. Ability to prioritise Director's work schedules and activities. Proven experience of writing and coordinating reports for submission to Board and Exec teams Experience of working within a customer service environment. Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communications.
