Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in working in a sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales processes.
The shift available is 1400-2200 Saturday and Sunday.

We maintain and repair all types and makes of passenger and goods lifts, incorporating less-abled access lifts and associated equipment 24/7/365. We also refurbish, install, test, and commission new lifts from a great range of domestic and international manufacturers.
Responsibilities of Part-Time Sales Administrator:
1. Provide information to customers on products and prices.
2. Handle enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
3. Prepare sales invoices and maintain records and accounts of sales activity.
4. Handle customer complaints and queries.
5. Perform general sales and marketing administrative duties.
6. Liaise with other members of the team regarding sales, upsells, and trackers.
7. Work to targets and KPIs set by sales management.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales role.
2. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Experience required:
* Sales development: 1 year.
* Administration: 1 year.
