Our client based in Harrogate is recruiting for a Branch Manager/Valuer to join their welcoming team. The overall responsibility will be the efficient running of a branch office whilst providing an effective valuation service to ensure acceptable levels of available stock. You are the team motivator and leader, expected to delegate tasks but not micro-manage. You will be client-facing in a prominent position on the ‘shop floor’ and to the public in their homes, you have responsibility for promoting the Company, ensuring that you and your team deliver high standards of customer service to vendors and applicants whilst building relationships. Experience working for an Estate Agency is essential.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays and a day off in lieu mid-week for the Saturday worked. In return our client is paying a salary of between £35,000- £40,000p/a depending on experience. There will be a performance related bonus and workplace pension. You will need your own transport.
