A Programme Manager (Grants & Operations) West & Central Africa is sought to provide direct support to the teams in this region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a programme support position with a strong operations/grant management component.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring compliance with donor and organisational requirements, and supporting capacity-development, training, and mentoring across the programme.
This role requires a tenacious individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build professional working relationships and extract information as needed.
Key qualifications include fluency in English, a good working knowledge of French, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
