Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £55,000.00 Per Annum - £60,000.00 Per Annum

Salary Range: £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience + Bonus (up to 10% per annum)

About You:
1. Be no stranger to a busy, challenging Care Home Management role with at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC
2. Ideally have a valid Nurse Pin
3. Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care
4. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning
5. Proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading and motivating others
6. Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate
7. Passionate, driven, confident and resilient Leader with excellent communication skills
