The Role: Partnerships Manager
Are you passionate about driving growth and making an impact? We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Partnerships Manager to scale our partnerships channel, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strong knowledge of the UK market and SME landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a robust partnerships strategy to accelerate SME customer acquisition.
* Build and manage relationships with referral partners, including accountants, SME advisory firms, commercial finance brokers, financial institutions and others.
* Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership deals that create value for Qardus and its SME customers.
* Track and report on partnership-driven leads, conversion rates, and partner performance.
* Reduce deal cycle timelines and accelerate revenue impact.
What We're Looking For:
· 5+ years of experience in Partnerships with an SME lender or fintech.
· Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, high-impact deals.
· Strong understanding of the SME finance landscape or related networks.
· Results-oriented, with the ability to deliver both quick wins and long-term strategic value.
· Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making and execution skills.
Success Metrics:
· Growth in the number of SME applications on the Qardus platform.
· Increase in leads, conversions, and revenue generated through partnerships.
· Partnerships should contribute to at least 40–50% of total sales.
