An international multi-disciplined consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join their civils team in London. This expanding team includes:
1. 2x Graduate Engineers
2. 2x Engineers
3. 1x Senior Engineer
4. 1x Associate
5. 1x Senior Technician
6. 1x Civils Director
The consultancy seeks a technically astute, performance-driven, and results-oriented Highways and Infrastructure Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Expertise: Provide technical civil engineering expertise in highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration master planning projects.
2. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs.
3. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.
4. Resource Management: Manage the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the civil engineering project portfolio.
5. Solution Development: Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the bespoke requirements of clients and projects.
6. Business Development: Drive business development and work-winning activities for multi-disciplined projects.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Professional & Technical Skill Requirements
1. Chartered Civil Engineer: Must be a chartered civil engineer with 15+ years' experience in highways and infrastructure projects.
2. Highways Geometric Design – DMRB; Infrastructure and Public Realm; Drainage and SUDs; Earthworks; Utilities - Spatial Planning; Utilities Diversions; Planning Approvals; Technical Approvals.
