What youll do As the successful post holder your skills as a senior role model will be pivotal in supporting the personal and professional development of the ward nursing team with the support of your ward leader. You will ensure that quality agendas are being met, making certain that your team are delivering safe, effective, timely care in a caring and supportive way. You would be working in conjunction with the consultant body, nurse practitioners and care group management teams, delivering of established patient pathways whilst assisting with new and innovative approaches to patient care. What were looking for The Sisters role requires a close working relationship with the multi-professional team to ensure that evidenced based quality care is delivered with compassion to every patient. You will be required to have high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike.
