Key Responsibilities: Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence for clients, estate agents, and other parties involved. Conducting property searches and liaising with relevant parties, including mortgage lenders, local authorities, and other solicitors. Providing expert advice to clients, particularly in relation to mortgage processes and property transactions. Assisting with property sales and purchases, drafting contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Maintaining up-to-date case files and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Organising meetings and communicating effectively with clients and all relevant parties. Providing timely updates to clients on the progress of their transactions. Meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively. Key Requirements: Significant experience in residential conveyancing (ideally 1 years). A background in mortgage advising or a strong understanding of the mortgage process. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload. A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team's success. Desirable: Familiarity with case management systems.
