Our client, a friendly and growing company based in Rugby, is looking for a Project Admin Coordinator to support the Project Manager with administration, organisation, and communications. This role will suit someone with experience in a position where they have had to demonstrate great attention to detail and be proactive in their approach.
The key responsibilities for the Project Admin Coordinator:
1. Supporting the Project Manager in setting up new projects including initial administration and diary planning.
2. Attending internal and client meetings and taking minutes.
3. Assisting in the creation of pre-construction paperwork including specifications.
4. General project administration throughout delivery.
5. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, diffusing situations, and managing expectations.
The ideal candidate for the Project Admin Coordinator:
1. Experience in a role requiring great attention to detail, proactivity, and dynamism.
2. Excellent organisation and accuracy.
3. Strong communication skills - able to diffuse difficult situations.
4. Strong IT skills including MS Office.
5. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
6. Helpful and supportive attitude.
