We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team here at Spa Elite as a Recruiter and Booking Coordinator. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability for temp assignments, and efficiently coordinating temp shift bookings to ensure seamless staffing solutions for our valued clients.

We are an innovative, multi-award-winning recruitment agency that leads the market, specialising in providing temporary therapists to the UK spa, aesthetics, and wellness industries and collaborate with some of the most outstanding spas, luxury hotels and wellness retreats across the UK.
**Important Note:** We are ideally looking for someone who lives no more than a 2.5-hour drive from the Worcestershire area. The role requires attendance for one weeks training and also quarterly team gatherings. If you do not live locally, you will need to stay overnight for these events. Accommodation will be provided.
What we are looking for…
* Previous interviewing experience is highly desirable
* Working knowledge of the Spa, Aesthetics and Wellness industry is highly desirable
* A passion for sales is essential
* You should be driven and motivated to achieve both individual and team targets
* A strong desire to succeed is a must
* Experience in a current or previous recruitment role is beneficial but not essential
* Excellent PC and typing skills are required, along with confidence in using Word, Excel, and CRM systems, as well as mobile apps. This is crucial due to the fast-paced nature of the role.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential
* Self-motivated in a home working environment
* You must be able to travel when required for training and team gatherings so being able to drive and have access to a car is essential
* Full Time role - Working Hours/Days: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday
Tasks
This is a key role in our Spa Elite Temporary Agency Worker Division with the key activities based around interviewing, onboarding, and managing our temporary spa and beauty therapists whilst supporting our vast array of clients across the UK.
Spa Elite has revolutionised the industry and how our client's book agency therapists and is the only agency in the UK to exclusively provide our clients with their own temp booking app and portal, allowing them to manage their own bookings and send shift dates out to our therapists in real-time to via our exclusive Spa Elite app.

* Must be confident to deal with last-minute challenges or urgent situations that require a quick resolution
* Knowledge of the Spa, Aesthetic and Wellness industry would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive and engaging interviews with candidates applying for temporary therapist positions within the spa and leisure sector
* Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and personal attributes to assess their suitability for various client assignments
* Onboarding therapists onto our Exclusive Temp Booking App
* Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and clients, providing regular updates on shift assignments and addressing any inquiries or concerns
* Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strengths, preferences and availability
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring all necessary information is correctly recorded in our internal database
* Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs, shift requirements and preferences
* Match suitable candidates to available shifts based on their skills, qualifications, and client specifications
* Managing all necessary documentation and communication promptly and efficiently
* Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions
* Posting temp job alerts via LinkedIn and managing replies from our social channels
