In this role, youll be the driving force behind efficient mortgage processing, handling everything from liaising with lenders and solicitors to ensuring compliance and updating clients. Youll work closely with mortgage advisers, using your industry knowledge to preempt challenges and keep transactions moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end mortgage administration processing applications, submitting agreements in principle, and managing case files.
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
* Managing compliance and documentation ensuring all cases meet FCA regulations.
* CRM system management keeping client records and case notes up to date.
* Providing critical support to mortgage advisers ensuring they can focus on securing the best deals for clients.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in mortgage administration within the industry.
* Knowledge of the mortgage process from application to completion, including lender requirements and compliance.
* Strong organisational skills, to be able to manage multiple cases efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills confident liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
