About the Role
Sphere Solutions is working with a national shopfitting contractor to recruit a Procurement & Job Costing Co-ordinator. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with construction procurement experience, looking to take ownership of job costings, procurement, budget management, and supplier reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage job budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
2. Maintain accurate job costing records and liaise with Project Managers and Accountants.
3. Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating the best prices and services.
4. Stay up to date with legislation affecting procurement and subcontractor agreements.
5. Assist with day-to-day procurement and ordering materials for site.
6. Raise purchase orders and track company accommodation bookings.
About You
1. Essential: Construction Procurement & Job Costing experience.
2. Strong communication and time management skills.
3. Ability to analyse data for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
4. Experience with Excel and job costing software is preferred.
5. Familiarity with Sedex and supplier engagement software is advantageous.
6. Accountancy & Sage experience is a bonus.
