About the Role

Our client, a well-established company based in Sandwich, is seeking a Payroll Assistant to cover maternity leave starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your payroll expertise and be a part of a dedicated team managing payroll for over 600 operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inputting and processing timesheets for a large workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payroll.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve payroll queries.
* Chasing any missing documentation (e.g., timesheets, annual leave, and sickness forms).
* Maintaining and updating payroll spreadsheets.
* Using SAGE software to support payroll processing.
* Performing general payroll-related duties as required.
