We are looking for an attentive individual to join Talbots as Paralegal. To be successful, you will have at least a minimum of 12 months experience supporting a Trusts and Estates department.
As a Paralegal, you will be expected to provide lawyers in our trust and estates team with typing and administrative support on a variety of client matters.

What the job involves:
* Deal proactively with a wide range of clients across various communication methods, including email and telephone.
* Draft wills, LPAs, Grants of probate, and letters of administration, including registering, applying, and administrating these matters as well as proof-reading system-generated documentation.
* Update relevant software such as SOS and maintain compliance requirements in line with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality scheme Standards, SARs, and accounting requirements.
What you need:
* At least 12 months experience of working as a Paralegal, with working knowledge of the legal administration of Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
* To be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and referrals and have excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
* Working knowledge of how to use case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, and capable of working and supporting a team.
