1. Lead and inspire exceptional teaching and learning within the Maths faculty.
2. Work collaboratively with the SLT, curriculum leaders, and other teachers to drive forward improvements and share best practices.
3. Design and deliver high-quality, innovative lessons and resources.
4. Provide strategic leadership, supporting the development of teaching pedagogy and mentoring colleagues.
5. Contribute to whole-school initiatives aimed at academic and pastoral success.
