Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
2. Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement to optimize cost-effectiveness.
3. Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance workflow.
4. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring productivity and professional development.
5. Develop and implement business support strategies to improve operational effectiveness.
6. Maintain records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
8. Ensure IT and facility management services are effectively maintained for smooth business operations.
9. Monitor and improve customer service standards, addressing client and stakeholder concerns efficiently.
10. Assist senior management with strategic planning and decision-making by providing accurate business insights and reports.
11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
12. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 yearly
