Your Role:
* Review condition surveys in conjunction with maintenance reports in order to scope required works.
* Contribute to the planning of a 5-year priced programme for future Lifecycle work, ensuring this work is fully supported by Surveys and Maintenance evidence.
* Help the team develop a fully documented, evidenced, justified, scoped, prioritised, programmed and costed Lifecycle Plan for approval.
* Create scopes, specifications, and documentation to support tenders and RFQs
* Minimise disruption to the Client through Programme Planning and good communication.
* Produce Scope of Works and Estimates for future projects using external Consultants where required.
* Manage Building Regulations, Building Control, Listed Building / Planning Applications, Design and Fire Officer Requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Educated to a minimum HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline recognised Technical Body membership. Hold a NQF Level4/5
* Experience: Experience in planning and pricing programmes of work for maintenance, Lifecycle and change. Expertise in leading and managing staff.
* Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, fosters positive relationships, and prioritises customer needs by delivering high-quality service. Can embrace change, seek improvements, and challenges the status quo for the businesses benefit. They deliver service efficiently, enhancing organisation capability, and motivate others to perform at their best.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
