Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. ✔️ Providing one-on-one and small group support to students. ✔️ Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support. ✔️ Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL learners. ✔️ Helping to prepare learning resources and classroom materials. ✔️ Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable. Strong knowledge of the primary and/or secondary curriculum. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for education and supporting student development. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies (training available).
