The Bricklaying lecturer will be responsible for:
1. Liaising with the other members of the department and Curriculum Manager to facilitate efficient delivery of the curriculum
2. Planning, designing and delivering learning programmes/sessions and facilitating learning in line with course aims, objectives, mode of assessment and accreditation
3. Monitoring, evaluating and improving the quality and effectiveness of learning programmes, sessions and own practice
The Bricklaying lecturer will need to have:
1. Teaching qualification - PTLLS or DTLLS or Cert Ed
2. Recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
3. Experience in a lecturer or technician role
4. The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
5. Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
