Position Summary

This is a great opportunity to work across all of Samsung’s UK business and through consumer orientated business development and partner management leadership to shape the future of partnerships through Samsung in the UK market. The Samsung Services UK team is working across the division delivering Samsung Services such as insurance (Samsung Care+), digital pay and non-payment functionality (Samsung Wallet) and on-device revenue partnerships to the UK market. The team interacts closely with the European Services team (UK/Chertsey) and the Headquarters (Korea) team to ensure success.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Marketing Operations
1. Support the UK marketing team to deliver marketing initiatives
2. Supporting CX team with frontline staff communications, especially around promotions detail and exclusions
3. Manage upload of marketing campaign content to marketing platforms
4. Support on managing marketing approvals from legal and compliance internally and with partners for partner promotions
5. Input on customer queries/troubleshooting fed back from CX teams
6. Developing a global marketing asset library for Omni-channel use
Data and Platforms
1. Ensuring that documentation on how to set campaigns live are up to date
2. Work with technical teams to formulate new insights and constructs for campaigns
3. Gain relevant campaign data and results from platforms
Roadmap and Strategy
1. Ongoing roadmap management and presentation to leadership team with regular reporting against strategic goals
2. GTM for new mobile device launches with adequate campaigns and marketing
3. UK market validation, launch planning and execution of global HQ marketing initiatives
4. Ensuring sufficient marketing activity on a quarterly basis, incorporating findings and adjusting
5. Support procurement process for new contracts with partners for campaigns and promotions

3. Excellent relationship management skills
4. Detail oriented with a dynamic approach to workload and projects
5. Plans ahead thoroughly and lays out clear achievements
6. Effectively prioritises across multiple organisations and projects
7. Experience in a complicated matrix structure of interrelated teams and lead to ensure that customer needs are met
8. Future focused, always looking to identify and leverage consumer grounded opportunities for future profitable growth
What does success look like?
1. Documentation on campaign set up across type and platforms
2. Collated product promotional calendar
3. Implemented opportunities to improve the process of campaign from ideation to launch
4. Structured actuals tracking against key KPIs forecasts
5. Strong relationships with product managers, marketing leads, technical specialists
6. Stress tested business cases and retrospectives to attribute campaigns to KPIs
7. Understanding of platform tools for marketing and influencing changes to enhance targeting
