About the Role: Location: Hackney Pay: £95-£115 per day Start Date: January Interview Date: ASAP As a Teaching Assistant specialising in SEMH support, you will work closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment that promotes students' confidence, resilience, and academic progress. You will lead targeted intervention groups, providing tailored strategies to help students manage challenges and thrive. We are seeking a motivated and caring individual with: Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly supporting SEMH needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students. A commitment to promoting inclusion and well-being. A proactive, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Leading SEMH intervention groups to support students' emotional well-being and development.
