Auction Administrator Responsibilities: - Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents pre- and post-sale - Prepare all paperwork required by the sales department to meet auction deadlines - Perform all administration duties related to customer service level agreements to ensure that agreed standards are met - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Taking Cash / Card Payments & invoicing / Lodgements - Operate the Online System during our Auctions - Maintain a clean and organised work environment Requirements: - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer software such as excel, word and outlook - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
